Alfa ITG is committed to full compliance with the U.S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We recognize our responsibility to safeguard defense-related articles, services, and technical data from unauthorized disclosure or export to foreign persons.
Our organization maintains an active registration with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and enforces strict internal management controls, employee training protocols, and secure data access safeguards. We ensure that all ITAR-controlled technical data and hardware are restricted exclusively to authorized U.S. persons or approved entities in strict accordance with federal regulations.
Controlled technical information is handled with attention to access, confidentiality, storage, and customer requirements.
